1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "You", "Your") and the Academy for International Science and Research ("AISR", "We", "Us", "Our"), trading as Synaptic Fit Fusion Pros.
By accessing our website, enrolling in any programme, purchasing coaching services, participating in consultations, using our educational materials, or otherwise engaging with Synaptic Fit Fusion Pros, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Participation in Synaptic Fit Fusion Pros is strictly limited to individuals who:

Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
Provide accurate and complete information during registration and participation;
Accept responsibility for their own health and well-being decisions.

Synaptic Fit Fusion Pros and all associated services, resources, downloads, memberships, coaching programmes, educational materials, and online content are intended solely for individuals aged 18 years or older. By accessing or using our services, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse access, suspend accounts, or terminate services where we reasonably believe a user is under the age of 18.
3. IMPORTANT HEALTH, FITNESS, NUTRITION AND WELLBEING DISCLAIMER
Synaptic Fit Fusion Pros provides education, coaching, mentoring, accountability, guidance, and support relating to:
Physical fitness and exercise;
Nutrition and healthy eating;
Lifestyle management;
Mental well-being and resilience;
Behavioural change;
General health promotion
Our services do not constitute:
Medical advice;
Psychiatric advice;
Psychological treatment;
Diagnosis of any disease or condition;
Physiotherapy;
Dietetic treatment;
Clinical nutrition therapy;
Emergency healthcare.
No information provided through Synaptic Fit Fusion Pros should be considered a substitute for professional medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

4. MEDICAL CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT
As a condition of participation, you agree that:
You are responsible for informing us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, disabilities, allergies, medications, or health concerns that may affect your participation.
You will obtain approval from your GP or healthcare provider before participating if you:
Have any diagnosed medical condition;
Have a cardiovascular condition;
Have diabetes;
Have respiratory conditions;
Have musculoskeletal injuries;
Have food allergies or intolerances;
Are taking prescription medication that may affect exercise or nutrition;
Have a diagnosed mental health condition;
Are pregnant, attempting to conceive, or have recently given birth.
You will immediately stop any activity that causes pain, injury, illness, distress, or unusual symptoms and seek appropriate medical advice.
You acknowledge that participation in fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing activities involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You understand and accept that participation in physical activity, exercise programmes, nutrition programmes, and wellbeing coaching may involve risks, including but not limited to:
Muscle soreness;
Strains and sprains;
Injury;
Illness;
Allergic reactions;
Adverse responses to dietary changes;
Emotional discomfort associated with behavioural change.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
While we strive to support clients in achieving positive outcomes, individual results vary significantly based on numerous factors, including:
Participation levels;
Consistency;
Health status;
Medical history;
Lifestyle;
Personal circumstances.
AISR and Synaptic Fit Fusion Pros make no guarantee regarding:
Weight loss;
Weight gain;
Muscle growth;
Fitness improvements;
Health outcomes;
Mental well-being outcomes
Financial outcomes;
Specific performance results.
Any testimonials or case studies represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees.
7. COACHING SERVICES
Our coaching services are educational and supportive in nature.
Clients remain solely responsible for:
Their own decisions;
Their own actions;
Their own health management;
Seeking appropriate professional healthcare advice when required.
Failure to attend scheduled sessions without at least 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited.
8. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Digital Products
Digital products, downloadable materials, assessments, and educational resources may be eligible for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase unless:
The product has been fully accessed or downloaded, or
The Client has expressly consented to immediate access and waived their statutory cancellation rights.
Coaching Programmes
Clients may cancel within fourteen (14) days of purchase unless services have already commenced at the Client's request.
Where coaching has commenced during the cancellation period, any refund may be reduced proportionately to reflect services already delivered.
After the cancellation period has expired, refunds will generally not be available except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All programme materials, documents, videos, presentations, assessments, resources, branding, trademarks, content, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of AISR.
Clients may not:
Reproduce;
Redistribute;
Resell;
Licence;
Publish;
Modify;
Share with third parties;
any programme content without prior written permission.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English and Welsh law.
Subject to the above, AISR and Synaptic Fit Fusion Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic loss arising from participation in our programmes.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the relevant programme or service.
11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
AISR processes personal data in accordance with:
UK GDPR;
Data Protection Act 2018;
Applicable UK privacy legislation.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Health-related information provided by clients will be treated as special category data and handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
