Quite a lot, actually. π
This isn't
βfill in a questionnaire and I'll email you a generic PDF.β
Your Audit is built around
your nutrition, your patterns and your life.
First, we talk. I want to understand your goals, dieting history, current challenges, lifestyle and what you actually want to change. Because a nutrition strategy that doesn't fit your life isn't much of a strategy.
You'll track five days of your normal eating. I'll analyse the patterns behind what you're actually doing β rather than what a calculator assumes you're doing.
We'll look beyond calories: hunger, cravings, meal structure, protein, energy, eating patterns and lifestyle. Because sometimes the thing you think is the problem isn't the thing I'd change first.
I'll bring my findings together so you can clearly see what's working, what may be holding you back, what I'd change and why.
Not 27 things to change on Monday. We'll identify the priority changes that matter most for you and turn them into practical next steps.
We'll meet again and I'll walk you through what I've found, explain your recommendations and answer your questions. You'll also receive recordings of both sessions.
Because I don't want you finishing your Audit thinking...
You'll know exactly what I'd focus on next β and why.
The missing piece of the puzzle...
Your Unique Nutrition Patterns
THAT'S where your Personalised Nutrition Audit comes in.
You may already know what to do and perhaps what not to eat.
So your Nutrition Audit is about figuring out whether you're giving your body the nutrition it actually needs to respond.
Because you can have a great exercise programme...
But if you're constantly under-eating, struggling to get enough protein, skipping meals, battling evening cravings or simply guessing your way through nutrition...
we need to know.
Not so I can judge your food.
Not so I can put you on another diet.
But so we can stop guessing and figure out what's actually happening.
Maybe you cook most of your meals. You try to make sensible choices. You exercise. You don't think you eat that badly. And yet...
That stubborn belly fat isn't shifting.
You're hungry again an hour after eating.
Sugar starts calling your name every afternoon.
You're "good" all day... then snack all evening.
You have no idea whether you're actually eating enough protein.
You're training... but not seeing the changes you expected.
Maybe nothing dramatic. There may simply be a few things in your current nutrition that aren't supporting the result you're working so hard for.
And that's what we're going to find.
I could give you another list of foods to eat.
Tell you to cut your calories.
Hand you somebody else's meal plan.
Tell you to eat more protein.
And send you on your way.
But without knowing how YOU currently eat, we're still guessing.
So before I tell you what to change...
I want to see what's actually happening.
Because that would still be me deciding what you need before understanding what's actually going on.
This is about looking at how you currently eat, identifying the patterns that matter, and showing you the specific changes I'd focus on first β and why.
Because your recommendations should come from your actual life, not a generic nutrition template, nor something that ChatGPT told you to eat!
Probably, if you're reading this thinking...
Maybe you've done diets before.
Lost the weight.
Put some (or all) of it back on.
And you're at the point where the thought of starting another restrictive plan makes you want to scream π±
Or maybe weight isn't even your only frustration.
If what you really want is someone to look at YOUR actual eating and say:
Then yes. That's exactly what this Audit is for.
You could.
And an app can give you numbers.
But numbers don't always tell you the whole story.
They don't necessarily tell you why you're starving at 4pm.
Why you're reaching for something sweet every night.
Why you're skipping lunch even though you promised yourself you wouldn't.
Why your meals look βhealthyβ but don't keep you satisfied.
Or why the nutrition plan you can follow perfectly for five days completely falls apart when life gets stressful.
Because nutrition doesn't happen in a spreadsheet. It happens in real life.
And that's the difference.
You're not getting generic advice pulled from the internet.
You're getting recommendations based on YOUR five days, YOUR patterns, YOUR goals and YOUR life.
Totally fair.
Nope. I'm not auditing your food so I can hand you another restrictive diet.
We're looking at what you're currently doing, identifying the patterns that matter, and creating personalised recommendations based on what we actually find.
Then I especially want to know what you've tried.
Because sometimes the answer isn't another new strategy. It's understanding why the previous ones weren't sustainable for you β and what was missing.
The goal isn't to start diet number 17. It's to stop repeating the same cycle with a different name.
You'll spend a few minutes recording what you eat and the information I need to understand your patterns.
And remember... I'm not asking you to eat perfectly for five days. I'm asking you to eat normally for five days.
Much easier. π
Absolutely not.
Honestly, if you normally eat chocolate and suddenly hide it from me, you're making my job harder.
There are no βgood clientβ points for having a perfect food diary. I need the real picture. That's what makes the Audit useful.
No.
My goal is to help you make your nutrition work better in your actual life.
I'm not interested in giving you a shopping list full of expensive powders, obscure ingredients and foods you don't even like.
The Audit isn't a promise of a specific amount of weight loss.
It's designed to help you understand your current nutrition and identify practical changes that better support your goals.
You still have to implement them.
But instead of wondering what to work on, you'll have a much clearer place to start.
Please tell me during your intake process.
The Nutrition Audit is educational coaching, not medical treatment, and it doesn't replace advice from your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.
Where something falls outside my scope, I'll tell you rather than pretending otherwise.
I'm a qualified Nutrition & Fitness Coach and co-founder of Synaptic Fit Fusion Pros with my partner, Terry, a Neuropsychology and Body Image Coach.
And nutrition became personal for me long before it became something I coached.
For years, I believed changing my body meant: Eat less. Exercise more.
So I did.
And when that didn't work the way I wanted?
I ate even less.
At one point, I was eating around 900β1,000 calories a day and trying desperately to control my body β only to find myself swinging into episodes of binge eating.
What I eventually learned was that I didn't need to become
better at restriction.
I needed to understand how to fuel my body properly.
Learning about nutrition β alongside strength training β completely changed the way I approached my body, my food and my results.
Instead of constantly asking, "How can I eat less?", I started learning how to give my body what it actually needed.
And that's a big part of why I created the Personalised Nutrition Audit.
That's where Terry comes in.
Terry brings the neuroscience, neuropsychology and behaviour-change side of what we do at Synaptic Fit Fusion Pros.
Because sometimes you already know what a better choice would be β but stress, cravings, emotional eating, old habits or automatic patterns keep pulling you back in the other direction.
That's why our approach doesn't stop at βhere's what you should eat.β We want to understand what's happening with your nutrition, your behaviour and your lifestyle β and help you build changes that actually fit your life.
I don't want to hand you another set of rules and tell you to try harder.
I want to look at your nutrition, your patterns and your actual life first β and then help you see where your biggest opportunities are.
Because you don't need more guessing.
You need to know what to focus on next.
